Aquarium
Dental Office
Smile Lab, NYC
This custom saltwater aquarium installation was designed as a signature focal point for a modern dental office—part living display, part branded architectural feature.
Anchoring the reception area, the tank sits behind the front desk as a clean, panoramic window of water framed by warm wood and deep-toned walls. Inside, we created a bold, minimalist aquascape using Seiryu stone—a material most commonly used in freshwater layouts—reimagined here in a saltwater environment for a sharp, sculptural look with dramatic ridgelines and strong negative space over a bright sand bed.
To elevate the presentation and reinforce the client’s identity, we built a custom light box and integrated neon signage directly into the aquarium, allowing the brand mark to glow through the water like a floating centerpiece. The result is a one-of-one installation that blends reef aesthetics with retail-level branding—an immersive, calming statement piece that instantly sets the tone the moment patients walk in.
