A custom paludarium built as a living habitat for day geckos, combining land and water in a single planted enclosure.
Sculptural driftwood climbs through the space, surrounded by lush foliage and water below, so the geckos can move between branches, leaves and glass. The enclosure is designed to be viewed up close, with the animals often resting just inches from the front panel.
It shows the range of what Okeanos builds: living systems designed around the needs of the species they house, not only fish.
