Aquarium
Lounge Peninsula Reef
Private Residence, Rockland County, NY
A reef aquarium built into a freestanding white paneled column anchors this lounge.
The tank is open on several sides, so the reef can be seen from the seating area and from the rooms beyond. Low, open rockwork keeps the view clear across the water, with fish moving end to end.
The classic paneled cabinetry gives the aquarium the presence of fine furniture while hiding all of the equipment.
