Planted Shelving Aquarium
Freshwater, Planted
A planted freshwater aquarium built into the center of a black lattice shelving wall.
The open grid holds books and objects around the tank, and the backlit shelves glow green to echo the plants inside. The aquascape is dense and layered, with stem plants and rock rising toward the light.
The result is a single composition of shelving, light and living plants.
