Aquarium
Residential Lobby
Condo, NYC
This condo lobby reef aquarium is designed as a built-in architectural feature—an illuminated slice of ocean seamlessly integrated into the entry experience.
Set within rich, modern wall paneling, the tank is recessed flush to the millwork so it reads clean and intentional, like a framed living artwork. Crisp reef lighting gives the display a cool blue glow that contrasts beautifully with the warm wood tones and polished stone flooring, creating an upscale, calming atmosphere as residents and guests arrive.
Inside, a sculpted reef-scape of live rock and corals creates depth and movement, with reef fish adding flashes of color that animate the space throughout the day. All equipment is concealed within the surrounding cabinetry, keeping the installation pristine, quiet, and low-profile—perfect for a high-traffic luxury lobby.
Overall, it’s a refined, hospitality-level reef display that elevates the entire condo entrance with motion, color, and a sense of serenity.
